Day Number Eight--10:00 a.m.

I sit in a beautiful tranquil garden of flowers. A fountain trickles off to my right hand side. As I look at what is before me, I ponder the path that I am on. It is ironic because right before my eyes, growing out of the earth are short, green shrubbery, Planted as a spiral design, taking up a good fifty percent of the garden . I see that with my life right now, I am starting from the outside of the spiral, and working my way back to the center, the beginning. It is said that with each day of Juice Feasting you go back 120 days in time. So I am spiraling back to the beginning (on a cellular level at least) while simultaneously moving foward! It is so wonderful. I am seeing the beauty of all God's creation. :) I will now go and literally lay on a bed made of crystals.
